Room complete!

We finally finished (minus a few details) the babies new room! As you know we are expecting another boy. I was sure that I did not want to do blue or a typical boy theme this round.

I am very happy with how it turned out and I think Parker(yes, that is the babies name) will enjoy it once he arrives in October!

We are proud to announce the birth of our new niece, Carter Lynn(they think)Oakes, 7lbs 10oz! Mom and dad are doing well and she is a cutie!

Summer Fun!

I have not updated in a while but we have been quite busy and I cannot believe it is already July!

We have been spending time at the pool, hanging out with friends, playing outside, going to cookouts and just spending time together. Summer is such a special time for kids and Landon is having a blast so far!

Painting!

We have finally started on the babies room and Landon is beyond thrilled to help. We are starting with the closet so we can get things put away and actually get to the the walls. Here are a few shots of Landon and daddy painting!

Too cute!

Landon had a very busy weekend a couple weekends. By Monday, he was exhausted! I went upstairs to do a few things and when I called him, he did not come. I went downstairs and I found him passed out on the chair watching TV. My child does not do that very often, so I knew he was tired!

A few weeks ago, Josh and Landon were outside when it started pouring down rain. I went out to find them and this is what I saw......
