5 Months!

Parker was officially 5 months old on the 13th! I rarely get the post up on time, but hey, at least I get one up.

Parker has really turned into a laid back baby. He just goes with the flow, rarely cries and LOVES to smile!

He has sampled all of the solids(Stage 1) and has his favorite for sure! We are still working on nap time but we are slowly making progress. He is rolling over and trying really hard to sit up.

Laundry..who knew it could be so cute!

So the other day I needed to take the laundry upstairs and Parker, so this was the compromise.....

Who is a big boy????

So Parker is officially eating baby food now and he LOVES it! He is really enjoying the veggies (more than the fruit) which is completely opposite of Landon. We got the dreaded high chair out(just another baby object) and he looks like such a big boy sitting in it.

My baby is growing up so fast....he is almost 5 months old!!!

I know I am a little early, but I took the pictures of Parker and thought I would go ahead and post them. Thanks to Amy, Parker has this cute little outfit for the occassion. He will for sure have it own on the actual day, but who knows if I will remember to take a picture!

Another year, another circus! Every year I saw we are going to take a break from the circus, but it seems like we always find ourselves there! Landon really liked it this year! He got the DVD of the circus and he has watched it so much he has memorized it!

Parker slept through the first half and really watched(as much as a 4 month old can). He was in awe of the lights, noise and of course the cotton candy paper....HA!

Little update....

Eating cereal!

I took Parker for his 4 month check up yesterday and here are his latest stats: 15 3.5lbs, 26in long(80%, who knew we could have a kid in a percentile higher than 45th in height?). He has started rice cereal and appears to like it. We were given the green light to start solids after about 2 weeks of cereal. That will be next week. He is on target for all of his milestones thus far!

I cannot believe that 4 months have gone by! It is happening so much quicker this time....I am trying very hard to cherish every moment(even in the middle of the night)!
