Parker's 1st basketball game.....

So my dad convinced me to take Parker to the basketball game this past Sunday just to try it out.  Let me remind you that Landon was going to games at this age and for the most part would sit through them.  Let's just say that Parker will not be going back anytime soon!  We did not even get to see the tip off and when I say we, I mean Parker and I.  We spent the whole time going up and down the escalator, the steps and walking around.  The only time he was remotely still was when he was getting ice cream!  Oh, well, maybe when he is like 5 he will be able to go back!!!!

More Leopold...

This week Leopold has found some pretty creative spots.  He squeezed himself into a candle holder and he finished decorating the gingercread house we made.  He was also spotted in the china hutch (in a Christmas bowl of course) and hanging off the ceiling fan!

Landon continues to be excited every morning to see where Leopold will be!!!

Gingerbread house!

We decided to make a gingerbread house with the kids this year!  Of course Landon was all about it and Parker just liked going up and down the step stool.  I think this is something we will do every year!

Christmas Memories

Just a few of my favorite little boys!

More Leopold...

Well, Leopold has continued to surprise us everyday with his hiding spots and crazy antics.  He has been spotted shooting a toy bow n arrow into the Christmas tree, he has been fishing for cookies, played with play dough, hung onto the kitchen lights and he even delivered a special note to Landon reminding him of making better choices.

Landon looks forward to seeing where he is every morning and is pretty good at finding him right away!  Here are a few pics we have taken of our elf....

He's back....

Well, Leopold the elf is back!  He flew back to the Dunbar household and was here on Saturday morning when the kids got up!  Landon was SUPER excited when he saw him.  There was a note hanging from the molding and it said "pull here for a special note."  When Landon pulled it, a cup fell down that had fake snow in it and of course went everywhere.  Inside the cup was a note from Santa himself.....which was super exciting!  Leopold had also taken the kids extra stockings and hung them on the bookcase and was trying to hide himself!

Let the season begin and lord knows what Leopold will be up to this year...stay tuned!

Raleigh Christmas Parade!

Landon and Josh were in the Raleigh Christmas Parade about a week ago.  Landon did not know until the day before that he was going to get to ride on the Falcon float.  This is a huge parade around here so he was so excited.  Before the parade started, he got to climb on Santa's sleigh and sit with him....which was a big deal.

Parker, Josh's parents and I went downtown to see Landon's debut!  Parker did okay and enjoyed watching the different floats bus his favorite was the bands.  After we saw Landon we headed out!

Our little Pilgram!

Landon's class did a Thankgiving play a few weeks ago and it was really cute!  Landon got a small speaking part and practiced it every night for the big moment.  When it was his turn, he got up there, said his part just as he practiced it!  Josh and I were very proud parents!  After the play, the parents went back to the classroom for the "feast."  The kids were so excited to have all the parents there.

We were so proud and wanted to share a few photos from the day!

State Fair!

We took the boys to the NC State Fair this past week. Landon has been several times but of course this was Parker's first "taste" of the fair! Landon's favorite this year was the animals and Parker loved the food...big surprise I know. All in all, it was a great time and we look forward to next year's fair!

Soccer Celebration!

Landon's soccer season ended on the 16th and he had a great team this year! Josh coached and was great with the kids. We decided to do a cookout/trophy ceremony at our house so the kids could play and the parents could talk. It was a great turn out and the kids had a blast!

Landon improved this year, scoring several goals and playing good defense. He seems to like playing and is ready to start back up!

Umm...where are the pictures?

Not sure what happened to my Hillridge Farms pics, but I am going to try again....
