All I Want for Christmas is...

My 1 front tooth!  Landon finally lost his first tooth on the 7th of December!  He was soooo excited to loose it.  He received a letter from the toothferry and a special pillow that night before he went to bed.  He wrote her a letter and she took the letter and left $2!

Leopold...

I have not given any updates on Leopold this year.  He has been pretty quiet this year...he has certainly had his moments but not nearly as crazy as in years past.  Although this morning he had brought all the stuff animals downstairs, set them up and turned on the garland.  Here are a few pictures I have taken of his this season...

Falcon Christmas Party 2011

Falcon had their yearly Christmas gathering this past weekend.  It was a nice evening with Josh's co-workers and friends.  The night was wrapped up by a visit from Santa and the Grinch!  Parker really took to the Grinch...he sat in his lap the whole time!

Christmas 2011

It takes a lot these days to get picture when both kids are looking...Josh did a great job getting Parker and Landon to smile!

Love my boys!!!

Lights on the Neuse

We have been wanting to go to the Lights on the Neuse and headed there last year but the rain kept us away.  This year, the Jones, The Wellers and us headed to Clayton on a cold night for the hayride, visit with Santa, sweets and fun!
We all bundled up in coats and blankets and took the 30 minute hayride through the lights.  We made our way through Santa's workshop and saw many lights on the way back.  We got some hot chocolate, warmed up over the fire and visited with the big man before we headed back.

Such great memories with great friends!

Holiday Express 2011

Pullen Park in Raleigh has been closed for about 1 year or so and it finally reopened this November and it is awesome!  They had their annual holiday express train ride so we went with my brother, Christy and Brayden for the first time!

The kids LOVED it!  The train ride had lights to look at, the carousel is now indoors and Santa himself was there.  It was a great time had by all!!!

Holly Springs Christmas Parade

This year Landon and Josh were in the Holly Springs Christmas Parade with Y Guides.  I also braved the parade with Parker along with Josh's parents.  It was a nice parade and Parker really enjoyed seeing his daddy and brother in it!

The perfect tree...

This year we decided to wait to get our real tree the weekend after Thanksgiving because it has been drying out so early.  We went ahead and got the rest of the house decorated Thanksgiving weekend and headed off to get our tree the weekend after.

The boys had more fun running through the tree lot than actually picking out the tree.  We had to visit two lots but found the perfect tree.  I was going to get a smaller tree this year and of course that did not happen....it's another 11foot tree that took hours to decorate!  Landon thinks they HAVE to be big now...I guess it is my fault...HA!

He's back....

NC State vs. Maryland

We headed out to Carter Finley this past Sat for the last football game of the season.  The pack pulled it out with a HUGE comeback...GO PACK!!!

NC State Homecoming 2011

It has kind of become a tradition to attend the NC State Homecoming Parade.  This year, like last year, we met the Fisher Family and had dinner afterwards.  It is the perfect parade for little people because it only lasts about 10 minutes.
