Random pictures

We had a pretty busy weekend this past weekend. Birhtday parties, baby shower, Red and White football game and finally some relaxing on Sunday. Here are a few pics from the weekend.

Grove Park Inn

Last week I was able to go with Josh on a business trip to Asheville, NC. The conference was at the Grove Park Inn, so I was thrilled to be able to go (without Landon). Thanks to my mother, we left Tues night and came back Fri afternoon...THANKS MOM!
We had a great time. I spent ALL DAY at the spa on Thursday. I got a maternity massage and read an entire book while I was relaxing. It as FABULOUS!!!!

Of course, we only took one picture. Isn't it amazing how many pictures you take when you have your child vs. when it is just you and your spouse? Here is the one picture we took.

Easter Sunday!

Josh and I woke up Sunday morning to Landon wishing us a "Happy Easter," followed by "let's see what the Easter Bunny left me!" Landon liked checking out his goods from the bunny, but his favorite thing was a $.99 chocolate bunny(man did the bunny waste money this year)!! After we hunted the eggs we got ready for church (and of course had the stud contest....Landon won, big shocker, I know)!

After church, Josh's family came over for lunch and an Easter Egg hunt. There were a ton of eggs to hunt and the kids had a GREAT time!

We kicked off the Easter festivities by dying Easter Eggs. Landon invited the little girls next door to come over to help with the eggs, which added to the fun. They had a great time fixing up the eggs and were even more excited about the Easter Bunny hiding the eggs!

NC State bound......someday!

This past Friday we took Josh's cousin to tour NC State. She will be moving here this summer to go to graduate school. Of course we were more than happy to show her around, while exposing (or brain washing) our own child! It was a beautiful day and we got some cute pictures of Landon on campus!

Easter Party!

Landon's preschool Easter party was yesterday and myself and another mom put it together. The kids enjoyed pizza, cookie decorating and of course an Easter Egg Hunt. As usual, Landon had a great time!

Way too Long!

So I know I have been slack on the blog lately but I have not felt well and this certainly has not been a priority. But....I am back and feeling better!

We have been busy doing the normal things the past month or so. Birthday parties, Dora and Diego Live(which was a HUGE hit), Kids NPraise at church(singing group for the little ones, Josh's 33rd b-day and family time. I will post some pics from the last month or two and then hopefully will do a better job from here and out with keeping up!
